What's new in Mosyr

We improve Mosyr continuously, and most of what we add starts as a customer request. These are the highlights of recent months.

October 2026

  • Monthly attendance sheet: employees by days, with punch times or the day's code and totals, ready to print or export.
  • Attendance audit report: every edit to attendance records, who made it and when, with values before and after.
  • Month-end accruals: end-of-service, leave and air-ticket liabilities per closed month, in balanced accounting journals.
  • Article 116 applied: unpaid leave beyond its first 20 days no longer counts as service.
  • A reference number on every leave request, and any request printable with its approval steps.
  • Manage a leave request's attachment after submission: replace, remove or add.
  • Off-cycle payments for commissions and bonuses.
  • Import a fingerprint device's punch file when it can't connect.
  • IBANs checked as you type, with the bank picked automatically.
  • An acting manager handles approvals while the manager is on leave.

September 2026

  • Al Rajhi Tabadul salary file with its cover letter.
  • Performance evaluation on the Professional plan and above.
  • Work mission requests, counted as time on duty.
  • Multi-step approval for payroll runs and end-of-service.
  • Face ID sign-in, and an optional phone biometric check to punch.
  • Circulars: one notice to the whole company, and who has read it.
  • Suspension periods on the roster, in pay and in the service period.
  • A public-holiday calendar on the roster and in attendance.
  • New-system GOSI rates step up automatically each July.
  • Unpaid breaks and fixed break windows on shifts.
  • A log of refused punches with the reason.

August 2026

  • Duty roster: paint the grid, copy the previous period, import and export with Excel.
  • One leave request drawing on several balances.
  • Public-holiday and rest-day compensation, payable in cash.
  • Overtime pre-approval, paid straight into payroll.
  • Punches from faked GPS locations refused.
  • Warnings before employee documents expire, and a compliance tab.
  • Invite employees by email instead of typing passwords for them.
  • Salary certificates in the format banks and ministries ask for.
  • The new Saudi Riyal sign on every amount.
