Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Mosyr HRMS platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mosyr.

Service Description

Mosyr provides a cloud-based Human Resource Management System (HRMS) designed for businesses operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The platform includes employee management, payroll processing, attendance tracking, leave management, contract management, and related HR functions. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

User Accounts and Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. The subscribing organization (tenant) is responsible for managing user access and permissions within their account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Saudi law. You shall not:

  • Use the Service to store, transmit, or process data in violation of any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or connected systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm other users or individuals

Intellectual Property

The Mosyr platform, including its design, software, logos, trademarks, and content, is the exclusive property of Mosyr and is protected by Saudi and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription period. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the platform ("Customer Data"). Mosyr does not claim ownership of Customer Data. We process Customer Data solely to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. Upon termination of your subscription, you may request export of your data within 30 days.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi law, Mosyr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as expressly stated in the Service Level Agreement.

Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription in accordance with the subscription agreement terms. Mosyr may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases, and you should export any needed data within the 30-day grace period.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the platform. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
