  • Financial information: bank name, IBAN, GOSI (social insurance) details
  • System usage data: login activity, IP addresses, browser information, and access logs

How We Use Your Data

We process personal data for the following purposes:

  • Providing and operating the HRMS platform, including employee management, payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management
  • Compliance with Saudi labor laws, GOSI regulations, and Wage Protection System (WPS) requirements
  • Generating reports and analytics for authorized HR administrators
  • System security, fraud prevention, and platform improvement

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud servers with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS/SSL encryption, access controls, regular security audits, and automated backups. Data is primarily stored in data centers located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or in regions compliant with Saudi data protection requirements.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with: your employer (as the data controller for employment data), government authorities when required by Saudi law (such as GOSI, Ministry of Human Resources), trusted service providers who help us operate the platform (under strict data processing agreements), and law enforcement when legally required. All third-party service providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Your Rights

Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), you have the following rights:

  • Right to access: request a copy of your personal data that we process
  • Right to correction: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Right to deletion: request deletion of your data when no longer needed for its original purpose
  • Right to withdraw consent: withdraw your consent to data processing at any time (where consent is the legal basis)

Saudi PDPL Compliance

Mosyr is committed to compliance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) issued by Royal Decree M/19. We process data only for legitimate purposes, implement appropriate safeguards, and respect the rights of data subjects. The employer (tenant) acts as the data controller, and Mosyr acts as the data processor on their behalf.

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and remember your language preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking technologies. Session cookies are automatically deleted when you close your browser.
